The beginning of an Obsession

added two more trees, little walkway, a hangy ornament over the door and some candles in the windows. I am still wimping out on going up high.  The live reindeer come next week.

Wrap your garage door with wrapping paper and put a big pretty bow on it.

Festive! I bet Amelia thinks it's pretty! You could put lighted wreaths on all of your front windows if you're really going Griswoldian...Looks good!

It gets to be too much once you fall off your second story roof. That looks pretty high up. You need some scruffy guy playing acoustic guitar singing Dylan tunes ala Temple Square - then you would be tops!

I totally just saw Chris Jensen on his roof the other day putting up Christmas lights. The second story of his roof.

You really have converted into a Texan. That is pretty much the status quo for around here.

Good job, I love driving down Lakeline at night and seeing your house all lit up. Evka knows that the house we see is Amelias! And she is always proud that she knows where you guys live! Looks great!

I don't know...the top half of your house looks awfully dark compared to all the glowing Christmas joy on the trees and the walkway, and the porch...
Seriously, it does look fun. We haven't made it outside this year to put up ANY lights - it keeps raining!
Stay tuned to our blog: Truitt family Christmas pictures going up tomorrow!
