Laughing Eagles and Blue Frogs

Amelia and Jett just wrapped up another season of YMCA soccer. It is hard to believe this makes her 5th season - She's proud of the trophies that she has to show for all those saturday games.

This year was her first year playing in an all girls league. It was surprising how more organized it was versus previous leagues - and scores represented it (typically low scoring because of the use of goalies).

I really liked her fierce seriousness in the team photo - somehow that didnt translate every week to the field.

Jett, however was a monster on the field for the blue frogs. Every game he set a personal goal of 4 goals (because of the age - and amount of seasons he has played) and would sometimes get the goal. He was definitely in the fight on every play.

Unless he got to the bench... then usually he drank way too much gatorade or water and was weighed down with a full belly.
