Amelia spent 2.5 hours playing in the our new kiddie pool yesterday. She was so upset when I made her come in to eat and nap,
apparently wading in cold hose water on a hot day is the best thing she has
experienced in her short life.
Kudos to my mom for suggesting that 2 plastic cups will entertain a toddler for quite some time while playing in water.
Amelia has been pretty upset with me that she hasn't been allowed to play in it again today, she doesn't quite get the waiting for it to get hot (90's not 70's) before we go outside.

That is so fun, amazing how the simplest things are the best toys for kids! I hope that she is feeling better!!!!
She is funny! I can totally see her loving the pool.
I don't know I think cold hose water swimming is pretty hard to beat too.
