CAVE DAY!!!!!

About once every six months signs spring up all over our neighborhood announcing cave day. In our immediate area there are lots of caves (in fact four directly behind our house on a nature trail). However, since there is a federally protected beetle, a blind spider and salamander that call the caves home - you aren't allowed to go in them. Cave day consists of a table set up in the park where the Spelunkers tell you how great and magnificient the caves are, especially some that run under our street and our house (looking forward to foundation issues). Well long story short they did give us a map to an "indian washout" that we could explore close by. So we did. Amelia loves drawing in the dirt.

When we had our fill of the cave we decided to hit the great white sand beaches* of Cedar Park Texas - sorry for everyone in Utah who got dumped on with snow today.

*our beach is a sand volleyball court.
