Heres the before.
All wrapped up and ready to go.
Then the magic happens (more smoke - not as much mirrors)and a very slow magic show at that - this one took about 8 hours.
The final product - just big enough for our little family (we did have some help with some friends coming over).
*the corn was out of respect to any vegetarians who may stumble across our little page.

Man I have been wanting soemgood brisket forever. You know you can't even find it here very often, horrible. I am jealous. Wish we could be there to help you eat it.
